XXXX Please review this case. I tried to add information that this company has placed on my credit report, negative information that I had no idea about. They sent their request to collect their debt to someone other than myself. XXXX stated that her conversation, which you have taped, was sent to XXXX 's address. I have never lived on XXXX. The email address that was sent is not mine. I still do not have the information that the account was paid to date. They have not sent me a receipt either, and I have been so stressed that I am a XXXX XXXX survivor, and now I have to go back and have my mammogram redone. I finished treatment in 2017. I have not had any issues until now. I was triple negative, and there are no drugs I can take to prevent it. I was shocked when I found this on my credit report, which is not valid. I'm raising an orphan, and now my credit is ruined. How can someone bill you and then, when you question it, pay it and report it to the credit bureau? This entire action is a lie.
