Hello, On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX made a hard inquiry to my credit report without my consents, and without my permission. Someone from XXXX, California used my XXXX information applied for a XXXX XXXX credit card. I asked them to put fraud alert, and remove this hard inquiry record because it is hurting my credit score but the bank is not taking an action to fix the issue. And this case with XXXX XXXX happened in XX/XX/XXXX as well. Same issue, I did not apply for a credit card but still received a hard inquiry to my credit. The bank till to this day has not removed that record. Please help me remove those unauthorized hard inquiries from my credit report.
