I have disputed a late payment on my XXXX XXXX credit card with Experian and XXXX and they keep telling me that the late payment has been verified, the problem is that neither Experian or XXXX ever provided me with the proof that I need and that I requested from them showing me that the late payment on the account is accurate. I asked both of the credit bureaus for the bank statement where it shows that I was ever late on this account and I have never received any proof from any of them. They are lying by verifying the information that I disputed, when in fact they never did an investigation on the late payment because the investigation only took 5 days for them to answer me back. I want the bank statement from the creditor where it shows that I was late on the account and that I was late on the say that they are saying that they verified.
