Experian is knowing and willfully report inaccurate information on my report causing me emotional stress and stated they would remove on the cfpb portal but continues to report it causing me harm and defaming my charter. They were told on several occasion in writing this is identity theft I never gave anyone written permission or verbal to share my private transaction to make a profit off me. Its there grave responsibility to make sure they investigate transactions before they report on my consumer report and failed to do so! Pursuant to the FCRA, providing inaccurate financial information to credit reporting agencies is illegal. They just marked it verified never sent method of verification an sent me proof that I have a contract with these collection companies or the forward flow sheet. I have a right to privacy and you violated me for the last time. Never Sent me Document that shows me I am LEGALLY OBLIGATED to pay this alleged debt. A simple answer of been verified doesn't constitute an appropriate legal nor lawful response
