I am writing to dispute inaccurate and inconsistent late payments on my auto loan with Ithink Financial, as reported on my credit reports by Experian and XXXX. Consumer Reporting Agencies have assumed a vital role and have a responsibility to report Consumer information to the best of their ability with Maximum Accuracy. I have never been late on payments for the account. I have not received the requested bank statement/ledger from the lender to show dates of payments. XXXX is reporting 30 day late payments for the following dates : XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX and 60 day late payments reporting : XX/XX/XXXX Experian is reporting 30 day late payments for the following dates : XX/XX/XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and 60 day late payments reporting : XXXX, XXXX XX/XX/XXXX See XXXX credit reporting info I understand my rights under the FCRA and the duty of credit reporting agencies to conduct a reasonable investigation into disputed items. I also expect that any information found to be inaccurate, unverifiable, or incomplete will be promptly removed from my credit reports. Given the importance of maintaining accurate credit information, I request that you address this dispute as promptly as possible. Timely resolution of this matter will enable me to maintain a fair credit standing. Please investigate and provide Proof with statements showing that these payments were late. If proof can't be provided I demand these payments be updated to on time as they should be as I was NEVER Late. Thanks
