When I tried to contact this company through their phone number [ XXXX ] no one answered the phone. I called back and they claim they dont have my information on file. I request your cooperation in removing my credit report to remove this collection of {$170.00} Reported on XX/XX/2023 ( XXXX, XXXX 2023 ). After reviewing my credit report, Ive come to the realization. Furthermore, per the Fair Credit Reporting Act ; Section 611 ; Subsection A-D, Im entitled to the contact details of each individual with whom you verified the above accounts at my request so that I can follow up if necessary. Once youve completed your investigation, please let me know Please be aware that I am sending this letter on my behalf and have included a photocopy of my ID to verify my identity.
