I am currently a operating member of a LLC listed as personal guarantor for a XXXX XXXX XXXX auto loan. The loan is listed as a personal joint loan on my personal credit file. I contacted XXXX twice and they tell me that everything appears to be in order with my loan and that I must dispute with the credit agencies. The credit agencies ( all 3 ) tell me the listing on my report is correct and that I need to work with XXXX to rectify. I am not sure who should own this but its affecting my personal credit standing due to this auto loan.
