First they said they can fix this with a phone call and a couple documents. When I called to send over the documents they changed their minds and told me I need different types of documents and that they couldnt do anything to change the fraudulent collections account. They only replied on here with helpful information. But when I contacted them they didnt seem to care or help. They are still reporting fraudulent collections AFTER I sent the required info. I proved my identity and submitted substantial evidence proving my claim and my identity and nothing has changed. The employee involved on the phone was also rude and unprofessional. She didnt know what the CFPB was and I had to explain to her. She still couldnt believe me. Her name is XXXX she needs to be held accountable as well!
