I cant login to TransUnion. Ive tried so many times this week every which way possible. First it tells me that I have an account with them already created that I need to login but its not recognizing my login info so I asked to do a reset to reset my password, and then I asked me for my last name and my Social Security number and then, when I give my last name and Social Security number, and then tells me that my last name in my Social Security numbers, dont match up. Obviously, this is not true! I tried to do chat with the platform through the app and through the website and the robot tells you that you need to login before you can chat and since I cant login I cant chat. So then I called to ask for help and when I called, I was put on hold And after XXXX minutes hung up on. Ive called XXXX times in the last week and I cant get anyone on the phone. I need to unfreeze my TransUnion account so that I can apply for a loan and I cant get into TransUnion using the mobile app or the website and theyre not recognizing my information and theyre telling me my information is wrong and I cant get anybody on the phone to fix it. I need to unfreeze that account and I need access to my TransUnion account info. I also am disturbed that the website in the mobile app is telling me that my Social Security number is wrong and its not wrong because Ive had the same Social Security number since I was born. I need to unfreeze my TransUnion so that I can apply for a loan. I have no way to reach TransUnion as Ive tried every which way possible and they are unreachable. The other problem Im having with TransUnion is that at one point the screen opened up that said that I had to start an account with the transition website to access my information so then I would try that way to start up a new account and then I get a prompt response saying you already have an account with us please login using your login info. So I also tried that way as well, and I still cant access it or get into the website. The last thing I want to point out is that another screen popped up at one point and it said in order for me to access my Social Security information and freeze and unfreeze my account, I have to pay to subscribe. I need my TransUnion account unfrozen if its actually frozen and I need access to my credit report through TransUnion. Can you help fix this problem because theres no way I can fix it on my end as the company is not reachable. Thank you!!!!
