I am a member of chime I was issued a refund from XXXX XXXX a few years ago the bank has with held the refund even with all of the necessary proof that the refund was issued to them. And it is due to me I have reopened the dispute and asked for a resolution and they informed me I would have a resolution by XX/XX/2023 and still no resolution or my money back they keep telling me to wait XXXX hours to hear back here it is XX/XX/XXXX still no resolution even after my attorney spoke with them. They are still withholding the amount of {$1200.00}.
