I have disputed these XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts on multiple occasions and they keep coming back as update and or verified ignoring what is actually being disputed, Ive requested these reporting agencies to show proof of how they were verified on multiple occasions and I have never received anything just ignored, which is grounds for suit! I have been disputing multiple violations and I want these immediately deleted off of my credit report! 1 ) reporting CO every month and re- aging these accounts are unlawful and are a Violation! 2 ) 1099Cs, which is income do not report to the consumer report, those accounts are 1099Cs and according to the IRS CO are considered ordinary income which means all of these accounts are inaccurately furnishing on my credit report, the company has already filed this in their taxes so why is this on my credit report? this is unlawful and in serious violations, according to 15 USC 1681eb it speaks on MAXIMUM ACCURACY in the consumer report, immediately delete
