On XX/XX/23, I noticed my credit score went down XXXX points which was alarming as I've been paying my chase credit card on time and I have not been using it. I noticed there were XXXX hard checks done by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and I did not contact those banks to open credit cards. I only have one card and I only need one card. The next day, there was also a credit check from XXXX XXXX XXXX I contacted the companies and they sent me to the credit bureaus to try and call them. I believe I was able to put a freeze on my credit accounts but I need these credit checks off my record. This has never happened to me before so I want to ensure I am taking the right steps to protect myself as well as get these off my record.
