Consumer Narrative
I have a collection account from XX/XX/XXXX with Capital Accounts. It is a medical debt that was under XXXX . Now as of XX/XX/XXXX, they re-reported it so it dinged my credit again and they raised it to over {$500.00} so I cant take it off my credit. It is a medical debt and anything under {$500.00} is removed. It is very unethical. They should remove the new credit reporting since it is 4 years old, NOT a new debt and it was under {$500.00} for medical and should be removed from my credit.
