I returned some CPAP supplies to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX back in the fall of XXXX because I no longer needed them. I was told by a company representative in early XXXX that I no longer owed money on these supplies after I was repeatedly sent invoices for the supplies I had already returned. After that I kept getting invoices for the returned supplies despite my contacting company representatives about the amounts ranging from {$25.00} to {$40.00}, alleging that the only items I returned were XXXX nose masks when I actually returned all items in the shipment ( there weren't XXXX nose masks in the shipment ). Despite my protesting the charge for the above-mentioned reasons my account was turned over to debt collection. I wrote the debt collection company and was told I needed to contact the medical supplier in a response to a letter to them.
