I have sent letters to Experian on multiple dates asking for them to verify accounts on my credit. I specifically ask them to send me the proof of the information being verified, such as the company contact they verified the information with but they have not sent me this information. They only pretend to investigate and say updated. By law they have to provide me with any information on how they verified an account and they also have to provide this within a certain time frame and they have done neither. I have attempted to resolve this matter with them via mail but they do not respond. By law, if they can not furnish the proof of verification these account must be deleted from my reports which Is what should be done.
