XX/XX/20, I tried reaching out to Albert to retrieve ~ $ XXXX in savings to be transferred back to the account that had initially transferred them to Albert. These funds are time sensitive for a home purchase. Albert does not share their transfer limits prior to attempting a transfer, or the amount that I've previously transferred, but are preventing me from making the transfer for being above that limit. Albert does not have a phone support, only text, and have stopped responding to my inquiries. I've requested repeatedly for Albert to close my account immediately with no response.
