I deposited a payroll check into my account on XX/XX/XXXX with Wells Fargo that paid out. I keep those checks in a filer and someone redeposited the check XX/XX/XXXX into another account without me finding out until later. I called the company the check was sent to and deactivated the account set up in my name and the funds were not paid out. I started a dispute with Wells Fargo to get my funds back into my account and have been getting nothing but push back, talking to 3-5 people every other day with no resolve. Its been 2 weeks and I have not gotten any closer to a resolution than when I started, Im at my wits and need a resolution.
