I made frequent payments on my card to keep current due my usage. The beginning of XXXX I made a payment of XXXX and Capital One restricted my card for payment. I contacted Capital One right away to verify payment along with 10 additional calls over the past month XXXX to clear my account. I have yet to get resolution and was informed the fraud management specialist would contact me. I have not heard anything. I called again XX/XX/23 still no resolution. Now my card is reported negative on my credit report for delinquent payment and this unacceptable. Poor business practices within Capital One especially when I am contacting the company to resolve snd continue business.
