Since XX/XX/XXXX i have attempted to have my PMI removed from my mortgage. I had a full appraisal in XX/XX/XXXX which showed by value to be more than sufficient for the requirements. I understood i would still need to pay for their appraiser but we could use that amount as an estimated value. I filled out the paperwork, they received, changed the fee, requested new payment etc. Every 2-3 weeks i call and there has been a new excuse as to why the appraisal has not been ordered. Finally they said i owed them an additional {$10.00}, which i paid ( again ) and still have not been contacted by appraiser. I have spent so many hours on the phone getting no where with this company. They are in violation of the homeowners protection act. My PMI should have been removed in XXXX at the latest and in XXXX now still waiting for an appt.
