PayPal had a breach in 2022 its public information they are being sued, they still owe me alot of money, I have done most of the work they don't respond to emails very poor communication skills and incompetent customer service representatives it has been awful it added so much stress to me while I was in and out of hospital my identity was stolen due to their breach all my credit cards as well as my husband 's were maxed and the thief also got my bank they did issue some refunds but kept claiming it was my banks responsibility and my bank was saying it was PayPals and I was stuck in the middle so much stress and XXXX phone calls later I'm still out the money which I can not afford and I should be paid for my time my bank was tired of it closed my account in the middle of investigation so I can't get any help from them now so PayPal should be held responsible I just want my money please
