I received a collection letter from Cawley & Bergman. After attempting over ten calls weekly, I could not speak to a live person. The recording asked to leave a name and phone number. After making a few phone calls directly to the creditor I was able to confirm that the account Cawley & Bergman states it's mine is incorrect.
