Money lion Company account acquired in order to help build credit score before home purchase. Not only damaged credit score, many wasted hours attempting to rectify their mistakes. Immensely negatively affecting my interest rate on home purchase. This company has ignored my desperate & patient requests to rectify my credit reports To reflect the truth. Yet still refuses to respond with tangible reasons for inconsistencies & late responses after admittedly being wrong. *website/app suddenly dysfunctional *false promises about rectifying their mistakes *calls miraculously drop when called for help *suspended account claiming proof of income & questioning where funds are coming from. *continues to pass consumer around to different departments with XXXX solution. *knowingly & falsely reporting to all credit bureaus. *continuing to charge a monthly membership fee. 4 credit builder loans for {$1000.00} They give you {$600.00} until the {$1000.00} is paid in full and then release {$300.00} at the end. Then another offer after 30 days ( their rules ). I Take XXXX other offers under false pretenses. XX/XX/23 paid in full XX/XX/23 paid in full XX/XX/23 paid in full XX/XX/23 paid in full -still showing balance after 30+days These loans were agreed upon under the condition of being 1 singular revolving line of credit not 4. Company promised to clear up and remove the 3 extra open & closed reports. All lies. I have proof of their lies and emails with contradictory statements. Someone please help me.
