I took out a personal loan with this company to pay off some credit card debt, etc. in XXXX, I was fired in XXXX of that same year and I was having financial problems to the point of not being able to pay timely. In XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, I lost my job as they were trying to make the arrangements to help me repay this debt and get back on my feet. However, I was denied unemployment along with no financial assistance due to having friends and family that disowned me due to my financial situation as they felt I never learn. My family disowned me due to my XXXX lifestyle telling me that I was an " abomination '' to them and a XXXX XXXX I was also evicted from my home along with losing my vehicle, I have not had a place to live since XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, they continue to send mail anyway and my former landlord explained to them MULTIPLE times that I was not allowed to have mail UNLESS pre-approved to do so and they CONTINUE TO LIE on top of EVERYTHING else. I was going to repay the debts out of XXXX but Upgrade the original creditor CLAIMED that COULD NOT accept payment for the personal loan account, I called them in XXXX to arrange payment having spoken to SEVERAL representatives, they claimed they were investigating the account for my debt forgiveness/repayment plan and THEY LIED ABOUT SELLING THE PERSONAL LOAN to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in which they sold my credit card account that I had with them as well. I opened the accounts to rebuild my credit and I was going to use the credit card as make a down payment on a vehicle that I wanted to acquire and go from there. I had EVERY intention of repaying this debt and NO intention of this situation escalating to a financial situation that was BEYOND my control. This issue has triggered my XXXX and other XXXX XXXX issues causing me to be on XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This issue HAS ALSO made me want to XXXX XXXX SEVERAL times. I have NO money for therapies as I am trying to get back on my feet with stable income, a place to live and a vehicle. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter. XXXX XXXX
