I field a dispute against XXXX because the seller sent me the incorrect item. Unfortunately when attempting to return the product, XXXX blocked access to my account and suggested I dispute with my financial institution. Upon filing, Capital one requested information which I faxed almost immediately each time & they closed the case saying they didnt receive what they wanted. I have all my faxs saved that included : purchase info, explanations, wrong item proof, XXXX chats, 3rd party seller response, XXXX policy, 3rd party seller policy & more. It was for a transaction on XX/XX/XXXX for {$550.00}.
