On XXXX XXXX I made an agreement with Westlake financial services to pay off an auto debt. We agreed on a payment and it was paid off. I proceeded to ask for a settlement letter that I have yet to receive from the company. I have been calling several times each day. Im either getting disconnected or the response is they are sending a request to get the information sent to me.
