have had my credit report pulled for a home purchase and found inaccuracies that are keeping me from proceeding. There are XXXX loans from Department of Education reporting on my Equifax report as open, late 120 days and with balances. This is incorrect. These accounts were transferred to XXXX and are current. The accounts showing as DP of EDUC on my credit report should be reporting a XXXX balance and be listed as closed due to transfer. I have attached 6 screenshots from my credit report showing the 3 " late 120 days Dep of Ed " loans with balances and the 3 current XXXX loans on my credit report. You can clearly see that balances match up. The older files were obviously transferred to XXXX. This error is only showing on my Equifax report. I have also included a copy of my license as proof of ID. These Department of Education loans showing as open/ late with balances are preventing me from obtaining necessary funding. I need this researched and updated to paid or transferred as soon as possible.
