I received a credit report notification from Experian. Upon downloading my report, I found a fraudulent personal loan on my account that was issued by XXXX XXXX for which I have no knowledge of. Upon calling XXXX and providing my name, they assured me that there is no personal loan under my name and that I should have Experian and XXXX contact them to remove the account from my credit report. I disputed this account with Experian and they said that this loan information came back as accurate with someone named XXXX XXXX ( under the impersonator address XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX ) opening a joint account at XXXX that has some association to my name I would like to file a police report of fraudulent activity and note that my identify may have been stolen and fraudulently used to issue a personal loan to someone who I do not know and have no association with
