Ive sent Experian so many documents to verify my status as a human trafficking victim and to verify my identity and the representative assigned to me ; XXXX XXXX is doing everything in her power to not remove these items. Ive also filed a complaint with my Attorney General in my state. I was told on XX/XX/2023, I was told a supervisor would contact me within XXXX hours ; Ive yet to receive that call. According to the guidelines, once documentation is received they have 4 business days to remove those adverse items. Every time I call its a different excuse or reason for why they cant remove these items. I feel like this all retaliation because of me speaking my mind about how the lack of professionalism from everyone at Experian and especially XXXX, who I asked to be removed from handling anything that involves me. My lawyer is also filing legal documentation for this because I was also misgendered while on the phone call. Then the XXXX, the person who claimed to be a supervisor, was also dismissive and didnt acknowledge anything about was i previously told and again I feel like everything that is now happening with my file is due to retaliation. Also, the agency that I went through will not be giving out any of my information to anyone. We can do everything through lawyers if this information isnt removed by XX/XX/2023. I have every single phone call recorded and I will use them.
