The only way to access their service is by downloading their app. For the last 60+ days, their App has refused to launch on my device. Im using iOS and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times on my device and it doesnt open. Ive been getting spam emails constantly from them about late payments however they dont have any issues with charging my bank account a {$9.00} monthly fee. They used to have a phone number posted on their website, and that number didnt work. Ive also attempted to email them, and they refuse to respond.
