I was XXXX in the Iowa XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX Judicial Department XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX off and on and even during this alleged account being opened in XXXX XXXX XXXX, I have no knowledge of this account no correspondence from them in originality of the account ever being existed or created by me. I have had numerous attempts to dispute said debt of {$440.00} dollars with all three major Consumer Credit reporting agencies all three having different opened/closed information or any info at all with two of the three being XXXX as the only one reported still outstanding but other two agencies show that one the original account amount was originally {$300.00} but that's not what was reported to all credit servicing agencies, I've had fluctuations in Credit scores and XXXX scores . Have updated info in regards to address updates and requested info pertaining to account and nothing has been sent or anyone contact me. XXXX XXXX the original lender of credit that was honored was never given, signed or agree upon by me or my next of kin. The address given was inaccurate as the address on mailing address for said company is not a debt collectors building rather a children 's academy for educational purposes.NOTE : THAT THERE IS POTENTIALLY A IDENTITY THEFT INVESTIGATION UNDERWAY DUE TO THIS COMPANY AT FIRST NEVER Reported THAT THIS ACCT existed at least it was untiluntil after I went to go open a savings/checking acct and the bank did a " hard inquiry '' at this time no accounts wer even listed during search of a current then XXXX I owe until some days later. I have made numerous attempts to have them " show cause '' of the alleged allegation and to no prevail, this alleged collection of XXXX is burdening my loan requests history from financial entities of approval for even used car as well and having to charge phone.
