On XXXX XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX to inform them that the account they were reporting to TransUnion and XXXX were the result of Identify Fraud & the signature on the lease agreement was not mines. I sent them a copy of my Driver 's License and Social Security card with my signature. I ask them to send me a copy of the lease agreement which did and signature is not mine, I then reach out to TransUnion and XXXX about the situation and they both have fail to remove the account. Please advise me of how to proceed.
