I have disputed accounts that are inaccurate and incomplete on my credit report with the XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax. I began disputing the duplicate accounts and inaccurate accounts in XXXX of 2023 seeking for the accounts to be removed due to inaccurate information. It is now XXXX and the credit bureaus and creditors have failed to remove the inaccurate accounts from my credit reports. The duplicate accounts are in the amount of {$52000.00} and {$9000.00}. The creditors have reviewed the accounts and still reporting to the credit bureaus that the account in reporting under accurate information under the Fair Credit Reporting Act which is false. I have included documentation. XXXX reported the accounts as charged off on XX/XX/2023. On XX/XX/2023 XXXX proceeded to report an already charged off account as 120 days past due, again, drastically affecting my credit and daily life. This is uncceptable and XXXX fails to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
