I contacted the company numerous times and I haven't gotten any response. They are violating my right. I never completed an application for anything from this company. I called them and let them know it was fraudulent activity and nothing was done. This needs to be taken off my credit report. For date XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. My rights are as followed. 15 USC Section602 States I have the right to privacy. 15 USC 1681 Section 604A Section 2 It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 USC 166B : A creditor may not treat a payment credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any6 purpose.
