I cleared the entire balance with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX card, issued by Comenity Bank XXXX days before the due dates. Talked to the customer representative and was promised that the amount listed in the total balance is the total amount. Two weeks later I checked the online account and was surprised to see {$58.00} and some cents charges. I called the bank customer service and talked to two people, a customer service and a bank manager. They both said the bank policy is to charge two months in rear interest. They will not waive the charges. I have canceled my credit card with Comenity Bank. Although it is not a large sum of money, I believe it is inappropriate for the bank to charge me two months of interest in the rear. I would appreciate your help. Regards,
