A couple years ago I noticed money going in and out of my bank account which was not me so after noticing I called and closed my bank with no issues. About a year later I see a collection post on my credit which dramatically dropped my score for the amount of {$1900.00} and it said it was a loan. I never applied for a loan of any nature so i reported it instantly with Experian and they took a while just to deny it. I waited the required amount before disputing it again. After speaking on the phone and explaining the dispute it was promised to be further looked at but instead was denied. I tried once more with the same outcome and it was denied. Which made me unable to even attempt to dispute it again. I then was getting calls from a number of a Law firm so I answered and was told I owed {$1900.00} for a loan so i said No and explained my dispute. She then listened and said she would send me a packet. She sent me a packet which looks like an online loan that was applied through using my name, information, SSN, and Electronic made up signature for the amount of {$1200.00}. Which means they waited till full interest accrued before reporting it to my credit on a loan that I had no knowledge of and was falsely applied for. Please help as my credit is taking a toll from this.
