My car was stolen from my proporty and then recovered by the police. They gave me 30 days to reclaim it and santandair bank reposesed the car within the 30 days before i could and tried to make me pay to get it back. Then they sold it off and now they want the full original amount for the loan to be paid by me. Do i need to pay this back if they have the car? I never missed a payment until they took it from me. I come out woth nothing. This seems like a scam. My credit score has never been the same. This was during covid as well this is part of my hardship during covid i just dont see why i should have to pay for a car i dont have.
