I am a single hardworking mother to XXXX kids trying to buy a safe home for us to live to get out of the shelter. I realized that I had damages on my credit report. According to the 15 USC 1681 law there should not be any damages on my credit report as a result this is major defamation to my character. I have disputed all fraudulent accounts and inquiries with all 3 credit bureaus dispute center. Nothing is being done. I am in dire need to get these items removed to be able to secure a safe home for me and my children.
