On XX/XX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX I went to the bank to make a deposit of {$2000.00}. The ATM says it takes up to XXXX pills I had all XXXX and it was XXXX bills. I put my money in the ATM and first it read that it wasn't able to deposit all bills so when I read it I it open back up and I tried to get my money but then it closed. After it close I was like okay it's count my money because I heard it shuffling around when it was complete with counting the money, something came up that said it was not able to complete the transaction but it didn't get my money back. I put my car back into the slot to check my deposit and there was no {$2000.00} that I just put in the machine. I immediately call the bank to get it fixed. They really no help and sadly it was Friday and now I have to wait until Monday. Very inconvenient, I think the bank should be open 7 days a week because now the bank robbed me and I have to wait to see if I'm even going to get my money back. That is a large lump sum of money that I can't afford to get away.
