The National Credit System garnished my paychecks in the amount of {$1800.00} starting on XX/XX/2022. The garnishment stopped on XX/XX/2022. I've contacted the company several times about this issue and they told me it would be removed from my credit once it was paid off and pay an additional {$94.00} court fee plus a processing fee of {$4.00}, which was paid on XX/XX/2022. I've asked for confirmation via email and they told me that I would receive confirmation after 30 days. After that 30 days, I didn't receive any confirmation nor was it removed from my credit report. I've contacted them and explained that the issue is still showing on my report and I need confirmation that it was supposed to be removed. As of now, it still shows that I owe the company the debt amount, but aligned with different account numbers. I have documentation from my previous employer that states that the debt has been paid in full.
