I have for the past 7 months been sending requests to the CFPB about the inaccurate and incomplete information that continues to remain on my credit file with TRANSUNION. The account XXXX XXXX is ONLY reporting on my Transunion credit file, it is not on any other field. Not only is this account still reporting inaccurate and incomplete information and I have requested this to be updated by the bureaus since XX/XX/2023, but I am also submitting another request. The law states that all information must be complete and accurate and if the request takes more than 30 days the items should be removed from the file. The 2nd account is reporting inaccurately and with different dates, different amounts, different notes in the description this is a violation. Account : XXXX XXXX XXXX $ XXXX orignal creditor XXXX- DATES ARE DIFFERENT, AMOUNTS ARE DIFFERENT AND THIS ACCOUNT ISNT ON XXXX. Only Transunion and XXXX, this is a violation as all information should be complete and accurate. Accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1500.00} is still also reporting inaccurate information with TRANSUNION and different information with XXXX AND XXXX XXXX this is a violation.
