My account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been charged off yet they continue to report both the charge off and late payment every month. I'm being penalized 2x for the same account. I checked my on line account with XXXX and they have a monthly payment due each month, yet there has been no agreement after the charge off. I've contacted TransUnion and XXXX. TransUnion advised I call XXXX directly on XX/XX/. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX in which they transferred me from several departments to redirect me back to the credit bureaus. I'm trying to get clarification on the how the information is being reported but no one is able to answer.
