Grain has been reporting incorrectly to XXXX & XXXX for MONTHS! And this is messing up my credit profile. They originally had fixed this issue, but now they are reporting it as a charge off AGAIN! I have attached all my billing statements directly from grain to show that this account is active and not charged off and I have been making on time payments multiple times. I am interested in seeking legal help in this matter if it is not resolved. I would prefer the credit bureaus delete grain off my credit profile completely since the reporting has been an utter mess. The account has been paid and current for over a year. Please help me in getting this matter fixed. If you need every credit statement I have I can also send that over. PLEASE HELP! The account is NOT charged off!!!
