My vehicle was repossed from my property with out any notice from Ford Credit. They sent a third-party towing to seize my vehicle. It has been a month and I have not received any notice of what happen to my vehicle. I tried contacting them by phone and email. NEVER replied to any of the messages sent. If I know by law a vehicle can not be repossed by a third party that is not included in the loan contract. I have filed 1099A for the full price of the vehicle and claimed the income in my 2022 Taxes. The vehicle is paid in full. Ford Credit has not answered or returned my vehicle. What can I do I need a vehicle to go to work.
