I identified in XX/XX/XXXX that a criminal had opened a credit card in my name fraudulently at TDRCS/XXXX known as TD Retail Card Services- XXXX XXXX XXXX under account number XXXX. This card was opened in XXXX of XXXX. I contacted TD Retail Card Services at XXXX multiple times and still have not received an affidavit for closing this account. I called and the TD Retail Card services customer service and requested an affidavit in XX/XX/XXXX, and they said they would send out an affidavit and it would be 7-10 business days. I waited 1 month, never received the affidavit, and called in XX/XX/XXXX asking for another affidavit. They said they would send another affidavit and I confirmed my mailing address. I waited another month and never received an affidavit. I called TD Retail Card Services again the first week of XX/XX/XXXX, and they said they would email me the affidavit in 24-48 hours. I waited 1 week and did not receive the affidavit. I called again today XX/XX/XXXX and asked where was my affidavit. They said they never emailed it to me and that they would mail me the affidavit again. They have been sending me mail that I have been receiving that is from their Department of Accounts saying that the credit card in question has past due payments required. So I am receiving mail from them. I believe this organization is maliciously refusing to send me my affidavit so that they have less fraudulent accounts on their credit history.
