I am victim of identity theft. I have submitted information to the credit bureaus and included a notarized affidavit, ftc report etc due to all accounts that have been compromised by theft. However, they have not been abiding by the FCRA laws which they should take the proper procedures to fully investigate the theft matter. They havent assured any accuracy. They are using 3rd party data-base. In continue to report false and in-accurate information.
