You are required under the FCRA to have a copies of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is 100 % true, accurate and correct. In the results of your numerous investigations and subsequent reinvestigations, you stated in writing that you verified that this item is being reported correctly? I'VE ASKED YOU " WHO VERIFIED THIS ACCOUNT? You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation, OR COPIES FOR THAT MATTER, as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ).
