I was upfront with Veterans United regarding Debt/Income Ratio @ 74 % credit card debt listed as 'omitted. To lower and to prevent denial of mortgage loan ( XXXX ) credit cards XXXX, XXXX XXXX, & XXXX XXXX XXXX would be & have been paid in full. Instead on XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX ran hard credit report which reflected XXXX @ 74 % ahead of credit card payoffs. Issue # XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX ; XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX requested me to submit IRS transcripts due to not being sure which transcript would be required by XXXX XXXX XXXX IRS XXXX XXXX Account or Account transcripts to reflect payment plan history of payments. Issue # XXXX. On or about XX/XX/XXXX, my source of funds to pay off credit cards requested to ensure $ XXXX hadn't been borrowed to pay off three credit cards.
