THIS IS ALSO A CLEAR VIOLATION 15 USC 1681B ( 2 ). THE REPORT OF 3 ALLEGED LATE PAYMENTS TO MY ACCOUNT XXXX IS NOT VERIFIED, WHICH IS A CLEAR VIOLATION OF 15 USC 1681A ( 4 ). THE INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCIES OF LATE PAYMENTS ARE INACCURATE AND A DEFAMATION OF MY CHARACTER, WHICH IS VIOLATING 15 USC 1681E ( B ) AND 15 USC 6821A ( 2 ).
