On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX purchases were made through bet mgm online which is a sports site and those were not my purchases. I tried to dispute these with my chime bankers and was told I needed to wait until they settled the payments. Once that happened I immediately reported it as fraud and requested a new card as well as changed my pin. They didnt even take the proper time to investigate my claims which were 2 were denied well before 24 hours of me making the claims. I then requested the documents used to determine their decision on XX/XX/XXXX and have yet to receive those. I started a rebuttal for both claims and those have both been denied without documentation as well! I filed a police report the same day the disputes were filed. This is ridiculous I have done everything on my end. I was at work when these charges were coming out of my account.
