Chime decided to close my account on XXXX XXXX while I had a credit of {$680.00}. They said it would take 30 days after my account closed to have a check mailed but they didnt send me my refund check till 2 months later and the check is not in full. Still pending {$220.00} when I asked what happened they said that the dispute was reversed and thats why they charged the credit again. I asked for a copy of the proof of documentation that the dispute department used to determine if the charge was correct and the documentation clearly stated that there was an error in the transaction. Therefore my credit was valid. When I brought it to their attention one agent agreed and said she would escalate it and I would have my funds sent to me immediately but its been a whole month now and when I call for an update they said I have to wait till XXXX
